Fiona was introduced to the workplace chaplaincy when she was on the management team at Birmingham Airport. She is an experienced Company Secretary and qualified solicitor. Ann is Birmingham born and bred but with Irish parents and is a Roman Catholic member of the board of trustees. Ann trained as a teacher, working in Birmingham schools and also worked for a youth organisation called Young Christian Workers, where she set up a national school to work service. Later, she moved into adult education service in Birmingham. Ann was married, but has been widowed 28 years. She has been blessed with four children and five grandchildren. To date, she is also responsible for small family tool business managed by one of her sons. |

Dave was a member of the CIGB Management Council for ‘about 20 years’ having been recruited as a Methodist Church representative by the then NEC Chaplain, Revd Trevor Lockwood because of his interest in what was formerly known as Industrial Mission. After a 30-year career in senior IT and Communications roles within the telecommunications manufacturing sector, he enjoyed a further dozen years as CEO of a local charity and social enterprise. |

David is the United Reformed Church’s Representative on the Board of Trustees. Previously, he was a Trustee of Workcare Coventry & Warwickshire for over twenty-five years. He has been retired for sixteen years from Production Management in Engineering. During his retirement, he has been undertaking Manse Property Inspections for the West Midlands Synod of the United Reformed Church and is a member of the West Midlands Synod Listed Buildings Committee. His leisure interests include his local United Reformed Church, model railways and football. |
